- Creation, management and reconciliation of event budgets, expenses and time lines. Adhering to project time lines and budget guidelines.
- Responsibility for leading/managing various install teams in the planning and implementation process for all aspects of events; including attending regular Ricoh planning and event follow-up meetings.
- Delivering all project deliverables on-time, on-budget and to client expectations.
- Coordinate and manage on-site event set up and breakdown.
